But Simon Cowell's announcement that he is expecting a baby with girlfriend Lauren Silverman has once and for all severed his friendship with Jasmine Lennard, according to The Sun.
The 28-year-old model was seen leaving a tattoo clinic in London last week after getting the 'SC' she had had inked on her right wrist as a tribute to her former beau removed.
Jasmine looked downcast as she left the clinic, with a large bandage around her arm following the painful removal procedure.

Wearing a grey marl skater dress and sky-high black peep-toe heels, Jasmine looked stony-faced as she headed home following the first of several appointments she will require to remove the etching in its entirety.
The former model topped off her look with a black handbag and large sunglasses, with her various other tattoos clear to see as she strutted her stuff along the pavement.
Jasmine tweeted after the appointment: 'Big thank you to @TheBodyClinic1 for helping me to remove my SC tattoo. #tattoolaserremoval.'
She then added: 'If you have unwanted ink @TheBodyClinic1 are 100% the best in the business. I had my 1st treatment last week. Very pleased with the results.'

Jasmine had never made a secret of her close friendship with Cowell, but was allegedly banned from speaking about him or their romance in too much depth during her time in the Celebrity Big Brother house back in 2012.
But Jasmine did tell housemate Coleen Nolan that not being able to talk about the romance has caused her 'anger, frustration and pain'.
She said: 'I had an affair with Simon Cowell and I do really want to talk about it...'

It was revealed that Cowell is expecting a baby with girlfriend Lauren in July. At the time of the news breaking, she was still married to husband Andrew, but the pair are now divorced, and she and Cowell are focusing on raising their child together.
