She sent the Twittersphere into a frenzy on Friday for all the wrong reasons when she wore a very bright and tight yellow dress on Strictly Come Dancing.
But it seems Tess Daly’s frock horror was just a one off as she put the comments behind her to make a spectacular appearance on Alan Carr’s Chatty Man, which is due to air this Friday.
The 44-year-old stepped out looking confident and sexy wearing a short black leather-look mini dress, which featured a peplum detail around the waist.
The tight number fell to the middle of her thighs showing off her very long and slim legs – which were elongated with a pair of nude heels.
Her blonde hair was tied off her face in a sleek ponytail with a slight quiff to it and she completed her stunning TV look with plenty of smoky eye make-up.
The mother-of-two may have opted to wear a slight frill around her waist after raising speculation that she was pregnant during her Strictly appearance over the weekend.

Many felt her outfit was far too tight for her slender frame and it wasn’t helped that it became transparent under the glare of the lights, treating those at home to the unflattering sight of her shapewear, which had creased underneath and displayed what appeared to be rolls of flab around her middle.
Viewers tweeted complaints including ‘Tess Daly, fat or pregnant? #girdle’, ‘Can someone please tell Tess Daly that the yellow hair, yellow face, yellow dress look on HD is iris destroying’ and ‘Is Tess daly pregnant? #SCD if not sack the stylist!’.
A spokesman for Miss Daly however did not hesitate to say that she is not pregnant and nor has she had cosmetic surgery on her face.

The pretty blonde was joined on the show by a number of contestants from this series of Strictly Come Dancing.
Abbey Clancy wore an equally as flattering dress showing off her very slim figure in a chic black dress with a cut-out section around the centre.
Sophie Ellis-Bextor also looked simply stunning in a tight red leather look dress which fell to her knees.

The pretty singer wore her hair in loose waves and added a touch of pink coloured lipstick which completed her look perfectly.
The female stars were joined by Ben Cohen and Julian McDonald who too made an effort with their appearance to appear on the popular Channel 4 show.
